Nothing in domaining makes sense. I got an offer for $200 and countered $500. And he goes $250. $500 was underpriced so much i was like ok $1000. It went back and forth and no sale was reached. How much do you value your time on an hourly basis? Don't worry - my developed sites aren't generating impressive ROIs at this point and I have never found email marketing to be terribly effective. Regardless, when someone is looking for a domain with your keywords and your pricing is fair, a sale or at least offer can result - had one offer and an end user inquiry last week. Let's see if we can convert. It sounds like a decent ROI but how many hours did you spend on marketing and development of that name/website? How much do you value your time on an hourly basis?
